Our experience with Salish Geo was as smooth and easy as can be! Ryan, was a pleasure to speak to and work with on our small project. A neighbor was going to put up a fence (that we did not want) along the property line, but the neighbor didn't want to pay a surveyor to mark the line (which has trees and shrubs). Neighbor postponed fencing installation, and when we asked Ryan if we could cancel the proposed survey work, he was very understanding.

The job went great, Ryan was very helpful and professional. He also explained some potential issues with the boundary lines and gave us some direction as to where/how we can find more specific answers. It was refreshing to have a job completed beyond expectation for a change!

I have a sort-of pie-shaped lot with a ravine in back. Couldn't find one rear property pin and needed to ensure proper boundary with neighbor. Ryan was very professional and helpful. He took care of finding the (buried) pin, which I was unable to locate with a metal detector. He also verified the other boundaries and alignment of neighbor's fences. I'm very happy with his work.

Salish Geo was great! Responsive and got out here within my time frame. Was also able to provide a PDF for my landscape architect. Glad I chose them.

It went GREAT! Salish Geo reviewed a property that I wanted to buy. He immediately recognized the incomplete filing of a Boundary Line Adjustment that my realtor, my lender, my title company and the seller all over-looked. What would have been a huge problem after the sale was easily resolved prior to my purchase. Salish Geo then facilitated the completion of a proper Boundary Line Adjustment correctly reflected in the Legal Description.
