The movers were on time and they were nice, but they weren’t professional movers at all. Even though I said our condo had to be empty, they kept wanting to close up the truck and leave. I had to keep on them to be sure to get everything that was to be moved. When they were unloading, they scratched the floor in 4 places with the sofa. The movers acknowledged they did it & we should talk to James, the owner. I called James the day of the move and the next day. He had some story that we moved the sofa after his movers put in place which is a blatant lie and he knows it’s a lie. The movers also scratched & marred some furniture. Even though boxes were clearly marked for their destination inside the house or garage, they didn’t move about half to the correct place. Now we have to drag things in from the garage. The young guys moving things do this gig for extra money on the weekend which is fine, but then train your employees properly. I too will file a complaint with BBB. As another reviewer noted, James also insisted paying with Zelle or Cash app. Wouldn’t take a debit card which is also like cash. I’m very disappointed in the service rendered as well as the lack of transparency and honesty in dealing with damage done by movers.

I did my move over 2 sessions. The first went flawless, the second only flaws. For starters, I got their cancellation notice 30 minutes before the movers were supposed to show up. I intentionally booked on a Wednesday as I was moving to Whidbey and wanted to schedule around less ferry traffic. The only day available was two days later, on a Friday. The movers arrived with one furniture blanket despite moving a 3000 sq ft home. The moving crew was slower than the first round, by about two hours, which put us on the ferry at 4 pm. By then, WSDOT dropped to just one boat. The movers didn't get to my house until 9:30 pm. A friend and myself helped unload the entire truck (we're both 65 yrs old) to help the guys. The owner then had the audacity to bill me for the six hours of ferry time, despite him cancelling the pre-arranged Wed move. I refused to pay it, after much yelling at each other, and threatened legal action, he relented and charged me the same rate as the first move. The owner was rude and irrational and the movers told me he cancelled on Wed because he double booked. Do not use these people.

Requested 3 movers, 2 arrived. The job was large, and two men took all day to move us 1 mile. The men were professional and courteous, but did drop our refrigerator denting the front door and scratching front of fridge. Also found a rip on the couch under a cushion. I felt there were in a bit of a hurry because they had another job to get to after ours, which I found to be ridiculous considering they had moved a 3500 sqft home all day. with only two people.

Went well. No complaints.
