Description of Work: Arranged a visit to diagnose and repair a hot tub operating problem. Punctual and generally professional. Yet, ultimately we decided not to proceed. I was looking for a resource to more quickly get to the problem and resolve it with enthusiasm. Simply put, I don't think they were keen to work on the project. Our mistake, but the filter was not installed at the time of the visit and it looked like we had a leak. When installed, there was no leak. I would have thought they could have caught this, quickly. | |They may be great at new construction and other projects,and have many happy customers. But I thought their website overstated their capabilities in doing routine maintenance and repairs of existing systems and we decided it best to go with another firm.

 + -1 moreTERRY WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND HELPFUL FOR THE FIRST TIME SPA OWNER. HE GAVE US AN HOUR OF HIS TIME EXPLAINING THE USE OF THE SPA BEFORE ANY WORK WAS COMPLETED. HIS STAFF COMPLETED THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER. WHEN THERE WAS A GAS LEAK DETECTED, AFTER REPAIRS WERE MADE, HE FIXED THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE.
Description of Work: AT TIME OF HOME PURCHASE, THE SPA WAS UNSAFE AND WAS IN NEED OF EXTENSIVE REPAIR. TERRY HUBBARD INSPECTED THE SPA AND FOUND THAT IT DID NOT MEET ELECTRICAL SAFETY CODES. HE UPDATED THE SWITCHES, REPAIRED THE TIMER AND PUMP. HE REPLACED THE FILTER AND OZONE UNIT. HE INSTALLED A MISSING AIR PUMP.
