We live out in the sticks, 45 minutes after you cross the bridges. PSL's was still able to provide same day service and replaced two existing deadbolts and installed three new ones for us.

I called the get a bid on getting my locks re-keyed. The provider was very pleasant and gave me a quote on the phone. I decided to hire him and he was willing to come out to the house outside of normal business hours - making it easier for me because I work full time. He arrived as scheduled. He re-keyed the locks very quickly and gave me some pointers on how to save money on the process. He also pointed out knobs that were wearing out and one that needed to be changed out because it was a bit of a safety hazard. He also fixed one of the door catches that wasn't working quite right! Very pleasant person who I enjoyed doing business with!
