The guys at Puget Sound Locksmiths were easy to reach, easy to schedule and did a great job. They ran a bit late - but called to let me know they were going to be a few minutes behind. I would definitely recommend this locksmith!

+ -1 moreShowed up 25 minutes early and rekeyed house. Was not able to unlock the glove box to our car, which was the main reason for our call. I made clear we needed to have our glove box opened and Frank was able to break the lock (miraculously!)...we need to replace the glove box, but really appreciate that he managed to break the lock.

I had hoped to have someone come the next day but instead the guy came over within the hour. He re-keyed the lock so we could use the same keys and not have to replace the dead bolt.

+ -1 moreThe locksmith arrived early but called before habd to make sure it was okay. He rekeyed 3 locks and changed 2 and a dead bolt. When asked about adding an additional deadbolt he advised against it as a not needed item but he could do it. We came away from the experience with the knowledge that here was an individual that puts the customer first.
Description of Work: The service involved changing keying for locks as well as installing new We had purchased the new locks previously. Make sure that you provide the locksmith exactlywhat you want. We had no problems; however, in speaking with other locksmiths apparently there can be a problem.

Very professional and extremely fast. Total time was less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company again.

+ -1 moreDESCRIPTION OF WORK: REPLACE A DOUBLE COMMERCIAL LOCK & CUT 6 KEYS. Appt tme was 9-10 AM in the morning.Frank was right on time and finished the job in record time. Had the lock replaced and new keys in my hand before the employees got there, which was great for me. In my opinion the total charge was very reasonable.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate to rekey a double commercial lock and cut me a total of 6 new keys. The estimate given me over the phone was exactly what they charged me. Their truck was right on time and Frank installed the new lock very quickly and even straightened the metal door frame which had been previously damaged. He is a true professional and I intend to recommend him to all my friends.Their fee was very reasonable as I had called for other bids from people not on Angie's List and they were much higher. I am so happy I joined Angie's List.
