Not only did I use my deal late in the year, but I had to reschedule the original appointment - PS Locksmith's was accommodating to my needs, very professional. Onsite technician was on time, very friendly and professional. I asked for additional keys and the price was the same as that on the coupon - very good! All of the keys were tested, worked great. In addition, I did not know about the numbered keys (vs. copies) got 2 of those as part of the original deal - was advised to put these away vs carrying on they key ring - appreciated the advice. PS Locksmith's did a great job, would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Overall, service was performed to our satisfaction. We had a little bit of challenge scheduling the appointment when the person who answered the phone didn't handle scheduling so I was asked to call back. Technician that came out was capable but lacked professionalism. End result was achieved, however. I might use them again in the future but would likely look for a reference to another service first.

The service call, which I think should include the work within a half hour worth of work or something. The big deal only included for them to come & look at what I needed to have them done. The big deal was for $25. I ended up paying them extra for the work. The price wasn't that much before, but I think it shouldn't be that much more. He was very apologetic and he didn't like it either. The work was fine. The guy was professional. I wouldn't have a preference for them. I don't know even if they are free, I would use them again. I would rather use the people closest to my place. I didn't have a problem with the worker or the work, but the coupon as it was kind of misleading.

The young man arrived during the scheduled work window. He changed out two locks and actually repaired one. He even waited while the real estate agent had to call and get codes to remove real estate key lock box on door. The agent should have already been out there and retrieved the lock box. He was patient and very professional. Happy with service and will use again for any locksmith service.

It was a simple "rekey" of the front door lock. They arrived on time and did the job perfectly. Suggested making the problem lock match the bolt lock when they re-keyed and that was a great idea. Very Satisfied.

All in all, this was a very positive experience. The company responded to the Angie's List deal quickly and without a hitch, and the service call went quickly and efficiently. The technician was competent, thorough, polite, and left no mess.

I wasn't sure exactly how to go about fixing the stuck ignition on my 2002 Ford Focus, so I went on the internet and looked up the problem. Apparently this is fairly common with this car and I found that a locksmith was the way to go. So I went on Angie's List and looked up locksmiths that work on cars and found Puget Sound Locksmith. They were in the area and had a good rating, so I gave them a call, even though their website said they weren't open until 10am (it was between 8-8:30am). I was expecting to leave a message, but someone answered the phone, apparently he had just walked in the door. I told him my problem, he asked where the car was and that he would try to fit me in between scheduled calls. I told him I was about 20 minutes from the car and he said no problem, he would have his guys give me a call about 30 minutes before they got there. About 9:20am, I got a call saying they would meet me at the car at 10am. At 10am, they were there. They told me it would be about 45 minutes to change out the cylinder and they would give me a call when they were done. Since it was quite cold out, I said fine, I will go to a nearby coffee shop and wait for their call. Just as I was finishing my second cup of coffee, they called to say there were done. I went back, they gave me my new keys and had me try them out, to make sure they worked, which they did, and we settled the bill. They made sure that I understood everything that they had done and that if I had any problems to give them a call. Everyone that I dealt with was very polite and professional and I would highly recommend them.

Overall went fine. We had a minor misunderstandings on our part regarding what was included in the "special" and what was not. We ended up paying a little extra for a new cylinder - which was not included, but I felt we still got very good value for what we paid and the job was performed in a timely manner - once we got connected.

When I called Puget Sound Locksmith, they were ready to help. They were able to schedule me in a timely manner and arrived at the appointed time. The locksmith was able to repair the lock at my rental and also advised us to put in plexiglass to keep nasty people from just breaking the window and unlocking the door from inside. On my own home, the locksmith said it wouldn't make sense to try to repair the lock and suggested that I just go to Home Depot and get an entire new lock set which is what I am planning to do. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the advice given.

The technician showed up on time and fixed my problem within 15 minutes.
