Puget Sound Lawn Care

This is one of the most disappointing experiences with any provider. Started out positive but quickly deteriorated to a bad experience. We communicated early on that communication was of importance. My wife and I didn't care so much about when things would happen, we acknowledge the flexibility a provider appreciates when scheduling, but we would like to be kept informed. A call or acknowledgement of a message is our request. We were led to believe by Oneal that this would not be an issue as it's only professional to do business that way. At the end of the day, we committed to the provider to have our lawn done, but that was the last we saw of him. He promised to show up on a Friday, didn't show. No phone call. Just a canceled invoice. I gave the provider a chance to handle the situation professional but they chose not to reply to any calls or text. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
