I am very happy with the service provided by Professional Chinmey Solutions, inc. and highly recommend them to evaluate the condition of chimneys. I beleive they would provide equally professional service on bigger, more complicated jobs as well.

They came to my home the day after I called them, inspected the chimney, and mailed me a bid three days later. They confirmed that the chimney needed to be rebuilt and gave me a fixed price for that work. Since the chimney was too dirty to determine the condition of the flue they gave me an itemized menu of additional work, based on their experience and the age of my home, that may have been anticipated. Each menu item had a fixed price. The following week they were on site. They cleaned the flue and walked me thru their inspection of the flue lining. I clearly needed a new lining. They completed all this work in four days. This is very messy, dusty work, but you wouldn't know it when they left each day. They controlled the dust and dirt as they worked and cleaned up completely before leaving my home. As a retired architect I have worked with all kinds of contractors for 40 years. These guys know their trade, but more importantly, they know customer service. As their name implies, they are real pros.
