Description of Work: Contacted this business to repair a problem my Dad was having with a cabinet door...they replaced the hinge and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Very helpful!

Description of Work: I had received a referral to this provider by another company that had done tree work for us. I called him and left him a voice mail message asking if he does small jobs and could he do some repair work to a small wooden shed. I believe I contacted him in April 2012. He finally called me back in July 2012, apologizing for the delay and indicate he does small and large jobs, so we made an appointment for him to check out the job. He showed up on time and we discussed the job. He was very pleasant and personable. I let him know that we were going to have the house and shed painted in 3 weeks and asked if he could complete the job prior to that time. He indicated that he THOUGHT that he could, and that he would contact me with an estimate and date to do the job. He never got back to me. I called him about two weeks later and left him another voice mail asking for the estimate and a date he could do the job, as we were beginning to panic that this would not be done prior to the paint job.He never returned that call. We ended up having the painter do the minor repairs. I think the Proctor Handyman may only do larger jobs and so our small job did not interest him, but it would have been best if he just told us that so we could have moved on to hire someone else.

Description of Work: Paul repaired a faulty vent hose from the upstairs bathroom's exhaust fan and suggested a way to accomplish venting w/o piercing the roof.
