This jerk left my yard half a mud pit because the idiot didn't do his job and take a video of scoping the sewer so he had to come back. Pulled into my yard and got stuck then peeled out. NOTHING was done about it. NEVER HIRE THESE IDIOTS. would give 0 stars if I could. Lazy, no pride, and no professionalism.

They have one price if you want a receipt and another price if you don't want a receipt. That should have been my first clue to not use this company. They charged $500 for 1.5 hours of work that wasn't even completed, and never came back to finish, as promised. They rushed and then left an inch of water in our pump house. My son ended up finishing their job. Steer clear of this company!

This was for a water heater install at my rental house. I was quoted one model of heater and was brought another brand and model...said they were the same but never called me to advise me of the change...saw it when I went to pay the worker, but the heater was already installed. Soddy workmanship...worst part was the installed was not to code, per a home inspection after the install. I had asked the installer at the job site about earthquake straps and was told he just install what is there and not to bring anything to up to code....same reply about expansion tank...called the owner Joe Clark about it and he said most people he install for don't care about meeting code...gave me the run around about low bid and basically not willing to fix it to code without pay in his word "4 to 5 hundred more". As a note FAST Heating a national brand by Home Depot gave me a written estimate that was the same cost…I went Joe the Plumber based on a recommendation from Lakewood Appliance, a trusted business I use, thinking he was local and wanted to support local businesses. Can’t recommend him now.
