It went quickly and smoothly. I thought it would be a long, expensive repair. I was more than pleased. I could say more, but that pretty much says what needs to be said.

Patrick came over on April 19th and then after calling and texting him a number of times, I finally received an estimate on April 30th. I was under a tight timeline to get the bathroom fixed, so that I could reapply to refinance my home. My x-husband wants to buy a house and needs to get his name off of our mortgage, so that he can get another mortgage and Patrick knew that I had time constraints. Once I received the estimate, I immediately responsed that I wanted to hire his company and asked when he could start. I replied to the same e-mail trail that I had received the estimate and got no reply. I tried texting him and still no reply. I gave up after a week or so and hired someone else. It has now been three weeks and I still never heard back from him! He might be the nicest guy in the world, but he was inconsiderate to me. He blew me off and never got back to me. It is unprofessional not to let someone know the honest answer to my question of and quot;when can you start or can you start?and quot; He should have said and quot;I am out two monthsand quot; or whatever the case may be. I would rather the honest truth, then nothing at all! I feel jerked around and he caused me to lose more time in the process by his poor communication skills.

We had other estimates more than double what Patrick charged, and we feel his work turned out perfectly. I don't think anyone else could have done as well.

I was very happy with him. He was a good person.I found him on Craigslist. He came out and gave us a bid. I really liked him. He was very open about how he did business. I had a good feeling about him. He got the cabinets a lot cheaper. He got us a marble top for a couple hundred bucks. Everything he said about his pricing was true. He worked with us. He made things work. He and his working companion did a good job and they did it quickly. My only complaint was that it took him a little to get out here. We were willing to wait. He also came out and changed the faucet and didn't charge me anything.
