 + -1 moreOFFICE MAX WAS ABLE TO BACK UP THE LAPTOP ONTO A CD TO PROTECT FOR FUTURE CRASHES AND THEY ALSO REINSTALLED ALL THE PROGRAMS THAT I WANTED BACK ON MY COMPUTER. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR QUICK SERVICE AND FRIENDLY MANNER.
Description of Work: AFTER RECEIVING MY LAPTOP BACK FROM DELL, THEY RECOMMENDED I FIND A LOCAL COMPUTER STORE TO BACK UP THE LAPTOP TO CD AND RE-INSTALL THE PROGRAMS.
