+ -1 moreMy wife and I came back from vacation to find our extra bedroom was soaking wet and we notice a moldy smell. We used Angie's List and contacted Noel Remodel LLC. They were Quick and Professional. The job was completed in about a week. My wife was extremely happy with the quality of work. Description of Work: Get rid of mold problem caused by Hot water heater failing and leaking into bedroom floor and garage wall. Dry floor out and replace moldy carpet . repair drywall and repaint damaged walls Treat floors. Replace Hot water tank, garbage disposal and install new faucets in kitchen

+ 1 moreGary and his crew went above and beyond for this restoration work. Gary is a very skillful "perfectionist" by all standards by going down to the root of the problem and fixing it. He would not pass over anything that had been done wrong in the past and could cause a problem in the future. He had to purchase extra materials including an extra long ladder to complete the work and spend extra hours to repair the "surprise" damaged areas above the garage door. And yet, he stuck to the price committed in the contract. He also thoroughly checked everything his crew did to make sure it was done right. I've hired many general contractors before. Many disappointed me. From now on, Gary is my "go-to" guy for any problems around the house. It's a good feeling to have someone to go to, reliable and honest and up front about the work to be performed.
