Remodeling or enlarging a Living Space usually involves structural changes, therfore, we have to be aware of the way a structure is built and the consequences of removing any bearing framing members. Our business consists of 1 person, the owner. I am the ones you deal with from the beginning and who will work on your project. I hire specialty sub-contractors, such as plumbers & electricians to help me on the projects when needed.

Description of Work: I tried contacting them several times as I was seeking bids on a room addition. They never called back, so I have absolutely no idea if they would have worked out. |I hate giving incomplete ratings but this is all I know about them.

I first asked them for a bid as cabinetmakers to create built-in drawers. Their bid, workmanship, and timelyness was excellent on this project. They are also great to work with on a personal level. They couldn't be nicer or more professional in a friendly way. From the quality of their work I thought they were only fine craftsmen, but found out they are willing and able to take on less precision work. I was really happy they were willing to help me get windows and doors unstuck that had quit working due to the house shifting over time and being painted shut. I wouldn't have been able to open windows during the summer if they hadn't unstuck them for me. They did the door and window removal and re-installation very calmly and methodically. Not everyone can keep his cool when working on old house problems, but nothing seems to phase these guys. I am reluctant to publish this review because I want to hire them for lots more things needing done and don't want them to be busy working for you instead of me, but they do deserve to get a good review, so here it is.
Description of Work: They put in 9 built-in drawers in my dining room matching a built-in upper china cabinet that was already in the house. They built in a closet including shelves, a door, and a laundry shoot. They re-adjusted doors and windows that were unable to close or open so they now work.
