Description of Work: They painted most of the interior of our house. Great quality of workmanship with the walls to ceiling edge just about as perfect as can be. We were so pleased we had them come back a couple of weeks later to do another room with same great results.

Description of Work: Painted our kitchen. The crew of three was on time, very friendly and work hard. When the kitchen was done, I didn't care for the color (which I picked) so I called the company and we negotiated a fair price for them to repaint. The second color looks great and they did a fine job.

 + -1 moreI was very impressed by Horizon Painting. Mr. Shaw was always punctual, and I appreciated his taking the time to come to my house to give an estimate. He was thorough in the review, helpful in the color choice, and polite all throughout. He gave me a written estimate, which I like to have and then came in under his estimate. He informed me in advance that he would not be doing the painting but his associate would, so I had that information as part of my decision process rather than having it sprung on me. And on the day the painting started, Mr. Shaw came with his associate to introduce him. And they were both right on time! That is a very professional touch. For a single female, having an unknown person in your home can be scary, so taking the time to stop by with the other painter, introduce him, and make sure I was comfortable before leaving - I really appreciated that. The painter (I am sorry, I cannot remember his name), but he was also very polite, very professional, very conscientious. His prep work in cleaning, covering the big furniture taping off, all very well done. The drywall repair is undetectable. I'm extremely pleased with the results and not only would I use Horizon again but will happily recommend them to my friends. In fact, I've already done so.
Description of Work: Painting of the master bedroom and associated "nook" including the skylight well. Minor drywall repair prior to painting. One 'feature' wall of a darker color, the ceiling was painted a lighter version of the main wall color and some baseboard touch up, so a total of four paint colors used.

 + 2 moreWe were really pleased. Their billing was straight forward and right on target to what they had estimated. Other than the painting everything was billed by the hour and it was reasonable. We are very happy. We had a couple of guys who came out to give us a quote.
Description of Work: I used the service of Horizon Painting Services to paint the exterior of our house about two weeks ago. They pressured washed and there was quite a bit of paint peeling and they cleaned up well after that. They scraped up around the house and replaced some boards in our siding. We replaced some flashing where it was needed. They also cleaned out a gutter while they were at it.
