Very bad customer service. I paid over $300 to have my 1900sq ft house cleaned when I moved out. The property management company I was renting from found some things that were missed and Molly Maid of Tacoma refused to go back and fix the issues. The reason they gave was we waited too long to complain (only a week!) Very rude and not customer friendly. Now I have to pay another $100 to have the job completed properly. I would never use them again, and I will always steer people to use another company.

Our Guarantee states "that if you are not completely satisfied, please inform us with in 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will cheerfully re clean the area". The customer was present for the entire clean and was asked by the team if the clean was good before they left. Team states that customer was satisfied. One week later we receive a complaint that the apartment management company was not happy with the clean. The management company wanted the dryer vent cleaned, light fixtures, and vents removed from walls and ceilings and then cleaned. All duty's that we are not insured to perform. When we spoke to the management company they indicated to us that they have a list of things needed to be done and that their renters have access to that list. they also have a cleaning company that works for them that the renter could have hired that would have cleaned the apartment to the management company's standards. We were never furnished a list, nor were we told about taking down light fixtures etc... Molly Maid of Tacoma/Gig Harbor should not be held liable for a miscommunication between a tenant and their management company.
