They were great, very responsive and answered all my questions. Rockey was great and carpenter Rusty did a great job, even with my barking dogs.

They were working on our house for almost ten months. It took way longer than it should have and they did the floor in January and then the back splash tiles in February and then had to redo it in March or April. It was an insurance claim and they over estimated the work so much that they ended up having to pay the insurance company back for all the work they said they needed to do, did not in fact need to do. So they ended up charging almost fifty thousand dollars just for the flooring and cabinets and the kitchen and bathroom. That probably should have cost a third of that. I felt like I had to do most of the project coordination because they were not good at communication and every time they would screw something up, they would show up and be super friendly, kind of get you back on their side. So it was kind of weird in the project that you don't want to switch to somebody else.

We gave up - after providing a written estimate with open line items, the contractor still wanted to discuss those items after a proposed start of work, and with longer than reasonable estimates for parts of the repair. A week for drywall alone? When we expressed a desired timeline for completing the work (~2 weeks) the contractor said it wouldn't be possible to work within that timeframe. Very disappointing to be strung along, and to have lost so much time in the process.

They came out and were very prompt. They were very polite, professional, and courteous. Their work was excellent. I have used them a couple of times. I would recommend them to others.
