+ -1 moreDo not even think of buying a house built by Milton American.
Description of Work: Bought a house that MIlton American built. Has required major repairs and is only 5 years old. Shoddy workmanship. Built below normal building standards. Roof leaked, deck constructed improperly, shower constructed improperly, heating system failed, air conditioner too small for the house. Pool heater of very low quality (two year life). Wiring in home has caught fire. Do not buy a home built by this company. You will be sorry. +
