 + -1 morePhil and his crew were on time, courteous, and professional. I specifically requested the cheapest materials they offer, but you wouldn't know it to see the finished product. They only use 3D architectural roofing. It far exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier.

 + -1 moreWhen our house was being painted the contractor noted some soft spots on our flat roof. They recommended McMains. McMains was easy to schedule and came out for a free estimate. They took a look at the roof and assessed the roof as in good condition with no obvious need for repairs. While they were up there they cleaned our scupper drains for us. There was no charge as this was a free estimate. I was very pleased with their professionalism and their willingness to accomodate our schedule. Their approach makes it very easy for me to call on them in the future when I do need roof work.

 + -1 moreThey showed up a bit late the first day due to a missed entry into the GPS. The kept the grounds relatively clean, there are limitations with this. There was a section that was not quite straight and the sight foreman noticed it before I did and was taking care of it when I showed up one day. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Installed a metal roof in coordination with my home mortgage company with a mortgage holdback to complete the roof after the purchase of the home.
