Margo Wheeler Willis @ JLS RE

I have worked with a number of real estate agents in purchasing and selling homes. Working with Margo has been a pleasure. She was careful to find out as much as she could about what we wanted in a house, our time frame, our communication preferences, etc. She is a very seasoned and skilled professional, intuitive about what we know so she talks right to our level. She has extensive experience and can answer most of our questions straight out, but never tries to pretend if she doesn't know- just finds out the answer. She has been very flexible in terms of times to meet and look at homes, and to meet up and sign things. She has always gotten right back to us by phone, text, or email, and cheerfully rearranged her schedule on a day when a property opened up that we wanted to move on very quickly. Margo can get things done quickly but has never been impatient, and this is through a long period of making offers on short sale properties that have many many quirks, unexpected turns, and extra pieces of paper to sign. She is happy to advise us when we need help making a decision but is careful and artful in giving great information and her opinion while not pushing us into any particular decision. As another professional, I've especially how highly skilled and artful many aspects of her communication are. I've been trying to think if I've noticed any quirks about Margo that were difficult-- to write about for the sake of completeness. We havent found any that are signficant. I suppose the first time we met her, she seemed kind of formal. But I don't think this is actually a weakness. I think it was an absence of that "we've just met but I"m your new best friend" oiliness that sometimes happens- there was none of that with Margo. So at first she showed her competent business side, and we liked that from the first day, and also have gotten to know her genuine warmth. We would highly recommend Margo for anyone seeking a real estate agent in this area.
