+ -1 moreQuickly corrected the problem on the roof with the flashing issue which had created a leak in the roof. Al was there quickly and found the problem in the rain and wind on the roof! and took care of it. That was over a month ago and all is well!
Description of Work: As a real estate agent in the Puget Sound area for over 25 years it is crucial that I have great contractors who can be depended upon for my clients. In this instance my first time buyers moved into their new home the weekend of a horrendous rain storm and their roof began to leak. I called Al Lively and he was there within the day and had it fixed immediately. It was some flashing that needed to be corrected around the chimney. He has also done a tremendous amount of work for my other clients and for me personally. I highly recommend Al for many of those items you need a reasonably priced contractor for all of those Home maintenance items plus any number of remodeling jobs.
