Excellent. Superb crew of technitions. Efficient, fast and great clean up.

Estimate was completed quickly. I could not decide on color based on the small brochure sample colors so Lincoln personnel provided me with large panels (about 1 sq ft) to make the decision easier. The job went smoothly in spite of several complicated twist and turns in the house. One complication seemed very difficult to me in that a bend of 45 degrees with an upward slope of 20 degrees in one continuous run. This even included gutter guard installed!! They did a very nice job with this. I was quite impressed. I should add that they made improvements in the location of the downspouts which made a more tidy appearance. The entire process from initial call to final installation and payment was professional and pleasurable. I am very satisfied with the results and highly recommend them,.

I requested quotes from about 4 different gutter companies and Ben Lincoln was the only one to come out and actually look at the project. I had them do the work the following week and could not be more pleased. The work and materials were quality and the crew was friendly and efficient, and the price was right. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Lincoln Gutters.

Lincoln Gutters installed all new gutters on the house and garage about two years ago. I'm satisfied with the gutters and have had them come out to clean the gutters several times. After the last cleaning I noticed that one corner appeared to be leaking during a very heavy rain storm. I called the company and within a day or so Ben came out and checked the gutters. The gutters in that area have a foam insert. Ben removed the foam, rinsed it thoroughly, replaced it and...no more "leaks". There was no charge for this.

This excerpt is my opinion of Lincoln gutters: I experienced the WORST customer service of any local or national company ever. My cable company shines compared to Lincoln Gutters. I'm sure the company gets plenty of business and probably does decent work, but that certainly does not justify them treating customers rudely and disrespectful. The manager essentially hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation, as I simply wanted a new time for an estimate. They came to my home for the original estimate BUT had the WRONG name???? Essentially, if you want a company that communicates effectively and treats you with dignity and respect, then I would strongly advise NOT going with Lincoln gutters. I can't evaluate their work because none was ever done. My main complaint is they don't return emails or phone calls, and then when you do finally get a hold of someone they are disrespectful and rude.

The day they came out for the estimate my detached garage was starting to flood from the heavy rains. The person who responded helped me dig a trench in the pouring rain to help alleviate the flooding. He genuinely cared about helping me. I then received a call from their office saying they were very busy and wouldn't be able to come out until the first week in December. They actually came the week after the estimate and completed the work?? This company is very professional and does high quality work! I would definitely use them again!

We were doing a lot of exterior maintenance on our house -- painting, roofing, gutter replacement. We used Lincoln Gutters for the gutter replacement portion, and they worked with the other 2 contractors to handle the logistics. Lincoln gutter's office staff always kept me updated with new information, and confirmed the schedule and work that they were going to do. They were very responsive and made the process easy. The work crew showed up, hauled away the old gutters, and returned after the house was painted to install the new gutters. The only issue I had was that I noticed a centimeter of screw sticking out from behind the fascia board (where they attached the hangers) all around the house. I felt as though the hangers should've been aligned with the rafters, and that it was extremely unsightly to have screw tips sticking out from the fascia board all around the house. I contacted their office, and Ben (the owner) reached out to me, and we came to agreement on a solution to fix the issue. He was prompt, and personally came to oversee the extra work. I was very impressed that Ben and Lincoln Gutters went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the end result, and I am. Thank you!

Very good experience, Ben showed up promptly for the estimate. They actually rescheduled the job for one day earlier than planned. The crew was very courteous, professional and efficient. The cost was right on the estimate. Would certainly use them again;.

I asked for a quote from Lincoln and they were able to provide an estimate the next day. I held off scheduling initially so I could bundle better with a roofing project as well. Ben and Lana were communicative and made small adjustments to the original quote as requested without any issue. They modified price to allow me to remove the gutters myself and do a bit of repair work prior to the installation. I scheduled well in advance to time the work well with my roofing project and the workers arrived as scheduled to complete the custom cut and install. They were respectful, punctual, professional and everything looks great. They provided me with a billing statement as discussed and made sure to let me know payment could be completed on my schedule. The team didn't cut corners. They used screws and not nails which will last longer. They customized some unique pieces for us. Overall, A+ job. There's no reason I would seek out anyone else.

The roof cleaning guys were polite, hard-working and no nonsense. My roof looks great. The gutter installers were also nice and worked hard to install the new gutters. They were very professional and I'm very happy with the work they did. Great job ! It was such a smooth process. I did not have to be home for any of it. I emailed, they came out and gave me a bid for the work. I emailed back to let them know to proceed. They gave me a date, came out and did the work--it looks great and everything is repaired as good as new--and sent me a bill. Just so easy! The price was extremely reasonable considering the scope of the work, and the exceptional service was so pleasant!

Ben, the owner showed up within 90 minutes of my phone conversation with Lana, his receptionist. He was very professional in his explanation of what his bid encompassed and the process of how gutters are installed. When my husband decided that he didn't care for my color choice, the issue was resolved within 10 min of my phone call and another color was substituted. Lana, the receptionist promptly answered all of my phone calls. The job was scheduled within one week. The work crew arrived (4 men) and started removing the old gutters within 5 minutes of arrival. It was loaded in their truck and gone within 90 min. The workers were polite and considerate. At that point, I had to leave. When I arrived home, the work was completed. The gutters look great and I am very pleased with their quick response, their customer service and the quality of their workmanship.

I found three bidders on Angie's List and contacted them all for quotes for replacing a single, damaged section of gutter on a residence. Lincoln was the only one that wanted to do a site visit to prepare the bid, and I gladly agreed. Lincoln's bid was not only the most economical, it was also the most inclusive. Their bid included replacement of a small, additional section of gutter and downspout on the opposite side of the house. In essence, Lincoln did more work than the other bidders, and still the price was a bit better. I highly recommend including Lincoln in your bid list. They did great, professional work, did it quickly, and left no debris behind. Could not be more satisfied.

This is the second time I have used Lincoln Gutters and based on my experiences I will continue to use them in the future. The first visit was for cleaning and minor repairs. The second was for another repair. While the first time I used them for cleaning, I wasn't sure how it would go as it was difficult to get scheduled after the estimate. Okay, I called after the first big storm of the season, when everyone else was trying to get scheduled too. However, everyone I talked to, had email exchanges with and did the work, were great. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would. There was no challenge to the original estimate which I have found with other vendors. They did a great job both on the first visit for cleaning and minor repairs; and the second visits just a repair. Both times they were respectful of my property and careful with surrounding landscaping. The second time, there was not a delay in getting a scheduled appointment. I was able to things taken care with estimate and work completed very quickly. I would, have recommended Ben and the team at Lincoln Gutters. I will be using them on an annual basis moving forward for cleaning and repairs.

Ben was outstanding, he showed up on time, did an overview look at the roof and the water issues. He knew immediately what the design flaw was and explained how to fix it. His installers came the very next day and fixed everything very quickly. They left no mess, showed me exactly what they were doing and were very professional. I would not hesitate to use Lincoln Gutters again and I recommend them to everyone

Gutters were nice and clean and the repairs were performed to my satisfaction. An elbow at the bottom of one of the downspouts fell off, should have had a screw to hold it on?
