Lincoln Gutters

Excellent. We put the request in online thru angies list. They responded within 24 hours. Were out with and estimate within 48 hours. Once we decided to go with Lincoln Gutters and confirmed they were out within 3 days. All work was performed as promised. They came out on a Friday morning and were gone by the time we were home from work. All old gutter material was taken away. It has not rained yet so cannot officially report on the functioning of the new gutters, but from the way it looks it has to be good.

The Lincoln Gutters crew, from the estimator, to various office staff, to the installers were friendly, prompt, and solid. What really sealed the deal and showed why these folks get constantly high ratings was what happened after the job was done. While they installed a 90 degree corner where one gutter was higher than the other in a standard manner, we asked that it be changed to another way with a drainpipe between the gutters. They not only happily did this by replacing that gutter and adding the drainpipe section, they had a person do it the day after the request and without charge. I would gladly recommend these folks and would absolutely use them again.

They were on time and they did an excellent job. The workers were courteous and they wanted to get the job done. It took them a while to come to my house and I understand that because it was in September/ October. They cleaned up after themselves.

Phenomenal! Lincoln crew arrived on time, went up and over the roof to the other side that needed to be "replaced". About 10 minutes later, the doorbell rang, it was the Lincoln crew chief - he informed me that he could replace the gutter as quoted for $400 - but that he could fix the one up there now. Wow! I asked how much - the Lincoln crew chief said $Zero - that the crew would be happy to do it for free. It took them about 45 minutes. Excellent work, looked like new. I gave them a tip of course, but my goodness, they could have asked $200 and it would have been a good deal! They did it for free. Lincoln and their crews are the very best!

They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves.

They saved me a bunch of money by being honest. They told me I did not need it to be replaced and they could just repair it. They came out to my house prepared to replace it.

Workers were neat and careful with shrubs. They hauled away all old gutter material after installing new gutter. Their friendly professionalism isn't often seen today. I also appreciated that the work performed and the costs were exactly what was stated beforehand.

The team from Lincoln Gutters is very easy to work with. From start to finish, they were responsive, patient, and honest. We needed three small areas fixed and the bid seemed quite fair for the work requested. They responded kindly and quickly to my requests for scheduling updates. On the day the team arrived, they were on time, friendly and got right to work. I appreciated the teams proactive attitude and flexibility. We had a small miscommunication which was easily resolved with some patience and clarification. In the end, they solved a couple issues for me and I expect to be looking happily at their work for years to come.

Good work and done in a timely manner

I messaged them on Angie's List to request an estimate. They replied via email that an estimator would contact me. The estimator did not contact me, but appeared at my door the next day. Estimate was emailed. I emailed and called to ask for all estimated work to be done, and during the call was told that our job would be put on a list and we would be notified 3-5 days prior to work in order to schedule the day/time that worked for us. I specified that Wednesdays are the only day that are not good for us. Without notice on the following Wednesday, a crew completed part of the requested job (blowing off gutters and cleaning downspouts). The next day, Thursday, another crew appeared, again with no notice, and completed the final part of the job (replacing 6' of damaged gutter). This time I was home and so luckily was able to let them into the locked yard and discuss a section of gutter that we decided not to replace at that time. The crew members said that they would complete the damaged gutter repair in a short time and let me know when they were done. They completed the work quickly and did a great job, but failed to tell me they were done. I went to check on them and the crew had finished the work and driven away. I called the office immediately and asked to have an invoice sent to me via email since I did not receive one from the crew. I received an invoice the following day, but our Angie's list discount was not reflected. The office staff caught that mistake and a revised invoice with the discount was sent immediately. Payment over the phone was quick and easy. Thanks to the crew for being polite, fast, and professional!

It went great! I wasn't home when they came so when I returned home, other than the new gutter system installed, I could not tell they had been there. They left no mess and really didn't disturb anything around my home. I would not hesitate in recommending Lincoln Gutter for gutter replacement. Now, I intend to use them for gutter and roof cleaning. I'm sure they will be outstanding at that as well.

Great communication. We had called about getting an estimate. Someone was out the very next day and did measurements and we received a quote the following day. We were in the process of painting and making repairs and they said they could come out and do all of the removal and then come back after we had finished painting to replace with new gutters and down spouts. Absolutely no issues. When we had called to tell them that we were ready they came out within a few days and made the install. Product looks great and no evidence of construction around the house. I would recommend Lincoln Gutters.
