Good - no complaints

I called them and received a bid promptly. I scheduled the work to be done the following Thursday. The only issue I had (its really not an issue) was that I was told the work would be done on Thursday, however, they work didn't get done on the planned day. I called them immediately and received a call back apologizing and letting me know they would be by the next day. The work was finished and done exactly as described. The only reason I mention this is because I was very impressed with how quickly they resolved the mistake. They called me back immediately, apologized and showed up the next day to do the work. The work I had done was only 300.00 which is a small job, but they made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Prompt, professional, good work, price fair

Showed up the next day after my initial call and gave me a good estimate, lower than another than I had received. I called and left a message that I wanted them to go ahead and they showed up the next day. They were here about one hour replacing a 33' piece. It looks good and seems to be working fine based on the recent rains we have been having.

Called for a bid on Monday. Got a bid on Tuesday. Installation on Wednesday. Short one elbow of the same color. Used another elbow and promised to replace in the next couple of days. Must have been replaced on Thursday. Friday morning all is good. Start to finish ,this company has it together. Invoiced by email after the job was complete. Would not hesitate to use again.

They solved our issue nicely. We have had no more trouble with either area.

I decided on Lincoln Gutters after reading the reviews on Angies List. We had our gutters cleaned about 3 months prior and we were not pleased with the job that was done. I called Ben and got a voice mail which is usually a red flag to me. I was pleasantly suprised when my call was promptly returned. Ben told me he would be out the following Monday for a free estimate....and he was. After inspecting our gutters for the estimate he advised me that 2 repairs were needed. If I decided to have his company do the work they would order the parts - matching the color of our gutters. He said they would have the parts that week and could do the cleaning when received. He provided the estimate with a nice 5% discount for being an Angie List member. On Thursday - that week - the job was done. A very nice gentleman came who was very professional and courteous. No mess was left and the repairs were done. He advised me my gutters were in good condition. Estimate and final cost were right on. My big suprise came yesterday - the Saturday following the cleaning. I received a thank you card from Ben (the owner) thanking me for my business. The card was hand written. You just do not see this in business anymore. I spent 42 years in customer service management and have seen the whole gamut of customer service. Bens' company is exceptional in not only service delivery but in follow-up too. I highly recommend Lincoln Gutters to anyone who needs this "dirty" job done.

I have used them for years and just wanted to stop and put in a good word. they are dependable, reasonably priced and great to work with. I recommend them highly for your annual gutter and roof cleaning/zinc treatment needs. Just good folks.

They arrived when they said would and did the job well. Communications from Ben Lincoln, owner, were excellent. I would absolutely recommend and use Lincoln Gutters!

The crew showed up at agreed upon time. All the young men were very polite and professional. They did a great quality job in everything. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard and were concerned just where to blow the stuff off the roof. didn't want to blow it on my garden area. Really impressed. Would definitely have them back again. And will come time. Would highly recommend them to one and all. P.S. Our house is two stories.

First spoke with Jeri, the receptionist, and there is no mistaking that pride and confidence you sense over the phone when someone works for a good outfit. And meeting Ben, the owner, just reinforced this impression. I asked Ben if our gutter issue (detaching gutters, from other company) meant our steel gutters were just too heavy for our older home, but he said it was a common problem with steel gutter connections and not an issue with, say, dry rot in our eaves. All fixed! P.S. Our price $$ includes their minimum fee to make our smaller job worth their while. Estimates are free and it was our choice to choose them, and feel we got good value from the proper expertise. (The previous owner did not get the gutters attached right, and used a handyman who didn't know how to do this. Ben knew the company that manufactured these and the right hardware to use, one gutter literally fell off when we called him, and we're glad we did.)

Our garage gutters had been removed in the past and not replaced. I called Lincoln and other gutter companies for bids. Their bid was competitive and the owner was willing to make adjustments to the installation to fit the character of the garage - our house is in a historic district and the garage has some corbels and other decorative woodwork I did not want covered. I decided to use them for this reason. The owner also agreed to clean a long gutter on our house that is about 35 feet up that I could not reach for another $25. The installation was done with care and the downspouts routed so they add to the appearance of the garage rather than distract from it. Their placement of the down spouts showed real care and thought. I would recommend them for other historic buildings. The only issue was that they said they would come on a specific day and did not show and did not call. I called them and their truck was in for service. They rescheduled for the following week.

Did the job within a few days of my call. Very clean. Well done.

There were 2 crews involved. First was the technical crew which removed the old gutter covers. The second work, actual cleaning, was scheduled to be done the week of December 2-6, but on 11/29/13, Ben called to ask permission to do the cleaning on 11/30/13, because the next week freezing was predicted and they would be unable to thoroughly clean frozen gutters. I gave permission and the crew arrived promptly the next morning and with a crew of 4-5 made quick work of the job. They cleaned up after the work and we are very satisfied with the total job. The price for cleaning was so reasonable, we decided to go without gutter covers and just have Lincoln clean them when necessary.

Scheduled appointment to perform work. We were not required to be home for the job to be performed (our option ) Arrived on time with a crew of three. Went rite to work. Vary efficient. Cleanup was vary good. Total time 40minute.

Mr. Lincoln arrived on schedule to give me an estimate of the work needed. The first crew arrived on time and cleaned the gutters. The second crew arrived as scheduled to seal the corners. The site was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. The invoice was exactly as estimated and all involved with this job from the first phone call to the final repairs were extremely professional.

One of their employees, Mike Weber climbed every roof in the development to give us a detailed description of numerous gutter problems (which agreed with our roofer who warned us of the same issues) and got back to us promptly with an estimate. We accepted the bid and scheduled the work with the office staff who were quite cordial and professional. Mike then called to coordinate how and when the work would be done. Mike and his crew arrived on time and completed the work over a two day period. Where possible, they contacted each homeowner to let them know they would be on the roof. Many positive reports were received from homeowners. I just received the invoice and the price came in as quoted. Overall, we are very pleased and would use this company again.

They were wonderful. They cared about the results and they did an excellent, very fast job. They used excellent materials. They got up some solutions for problems that we hadn’t even noticed. They were minor things. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The person who came to do the job was extremely good at what he did. He was very pleasant. We were very happy with their service. They came out promptly to give the estimate and they came promptly on the day to do the work. They did the work and cleaned up. We had a big rainstorm that night so we got to see if it worked. They were professional.
