Description of Work: I would have made my rating an A- if possible. Nichole was knowledgeable and helpful and was quick to get back to us. The blind installation was smooth and pleasant. It was a bit longer than expected to get them installed and I had to call to get an appointment for that.

Description of Work: Last March I ordered a blind for my kitchen window and vertical blinds for my bedroom 3-pane sliding glass door. The kitchen blind was fine but the bedroom blinds had such a chemical odor that I had to have them taken back. The odor didn't go away after they were held in a warehouse for weeks. I had to re-order blinds with a different finish which were satisfactorily installed but that was September 4. It took entirely too long but they were consistently nice and concerned that I be ultimately satisfied. |

replacement windows, doors, glass repair
+ 1 moreDave and two others installed our windows and shower door. He was very particular and made sure that the windows and shower door fit perfectly. Four windows were on the third story so scaffolding was used, which wasn't easy on our narrow lot. We noticed that one new window had a small factory flaw so they replaced the window in a timely fashion without any problems or cost to us.
Description of Work: Replaced 6 large windows, a sun window and a shower door.
