+ -1 moreWe have been customers of LaMay Refuse in Pierce County for many years. It’s great. Our drivers, Marcus and Jeffery S., are sure. They always are on time. They are careful and considerate. Do a great job Also Melissa in the offfice has been a great help adjusting our services and explaining rates and helping with our scheduled pickups to fit our needs. She always is happy to help and makes my day better. Great person. LaMAY IS THE BEST

+ -1 moreNo customer service, Very rude, unresponsive company. They don't have to try to make the customers happy because there are no competing companies.
Description of Work: This company is a monopoly in our area so there is no choice but to use them. They have missed picking up our yard waste and recycle containers multiple times each year. We pay for drive in service. We call the company when we notice the containers have not been emptied and most of the time we do not get a return phone call. We are required to call multiple times to get the containers picked. When we do speak with a dispatcher, they are rude and tell us it's our problem because we haven't called with hours of a missed pickup. We work full time and checking the garbage and recycle cans is not always our first priority. The last episode resulted in the recycle can not being emptied for greater than six weeks! We have never received a credit on our bill for the drive in fees or the missed pickups. Very negative experience that spans years!

Description of Work: I have been using them for 20 years. They collect my garbage. We do garbage and recycling. They come on Fridays now.

+ -1 moreWE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED FROM LE MAY ENTERPRISES. THEY WERE ABLE TO DELIVER AND SET-UP THE DUMPSTER IN A DAYS NOTICE. WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM FOR PICK-UP AND DUMPING.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED A DUMPSTER FOR OUR BUILDING SITE TO BE DELIVERED FROM LE MAY ENTERPRISES.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE BEEN VERY EFFICIENT WITH THE DELIVERY AND PLACEMENT OF THE DUMPSTER. THEY OFFER MANY DIFFERENT SIZES AND WERE EASY TO WORK WITH FOR PAYMENT. WHEN CALLING FOR PICKUP, THEY ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY.
Description of Work: I HAVE RENTED A DUMPSTER FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. THE MOST RECENT WAS $350 FOR THE DELIVERED DUMPSTER.
