LD Kitchen & Bath

The price was half of what we would have paid at home depot, and the stone is beautiful. They bring the whole slab to your house and measure and cut on site. Work was done in one day and looks great!

The price was the best around, but the service was really rough. Tran is the only one in the office that communicates professionally. We have had many issues with the cabinets and made many trip from Renton to Tacoma to try and get resolved. 8 months have passed and I am still not clear when our correct replacement doors will be available.

I have used LD on many projects and they have always done a great job. This particular job was the most recent. We had kitchen layout tweeked. The refrigerator and dishwasher were moved. We added a peninsula and put the dishwasher in it. And moved the fridge about a foot. Tran always has great ideas as to where to move things and what will look good. We usually have some strange sink issue or short window ledge to deal with. Tran always has an answer. This time it was the sink not being lined up with the window. We had the plumber fix the pipes, but as always it went smoothly with the installation of the cabinets and granite. We also had three bathrooms cabinets and granite placed. So that was two double vanities and two single vanities. We have our contractor install the cabinets. But LD does the granite. They always do a great job. The quality compared to price is excellent. They have consistently been 500-1000 dollars less than any of the other cabinet and granite places we have found. And being in this business, we have consulted many. I use them for all of my projects and refer them all the time.

With this particular home, we redid the kitchen. We did a typical dark wood cabinets and lighter granite. It is always in stock and ready to be put in. They come out and do measuring to make sure our measurements were correct. This home did not have a pantry in the kitchen, so Tran gave us a great storage idea, two tall cabinets on top of each other, problem solved. I always enjoy working with them and working with this company is always a great experience. Its the best part of doing a remodel. If only more companies were this easy to work with.

My cabinets were not installed by L and D - I simply ordered them and my contractor picked them up. They were done in a timely (very fast) fashion, are exactly as they were in the showroom. Price is incredible given design, wood and in comparison to other cabinets in this price range. Very happy with them. I wish the doors had a slow closing mechanism as the drawers do but it is easy to live without. They are very nice.

Excellent job. Communication was difficult - non-English speaking - but contractor communicated requirements to office which were then passed on to installers. From the moment the two installers arrived, they worked continuously - I did no observe them taking any breaks They were neat and did a good job cleaning up after the installation was complete.

I shopped from Tacoma to Seattle and gathered about 8 bids for cabinets and granite. It for for an investment house so price was a must. They could practically read my mind and put together exactly what I wanted! ... good thing since most speak chin-lish. The granite install was amazing! They beat me to the house and went right to work and only stopped for a 20 min lunch. They were very precise, conscientious of the fresh paint and tile. They cleaned up real good afterwards and told me how to care for the granite. I wish I knew they do cabinet installs... long story. I will hire them to do both cabinets and granite on my next house! They were $600 then the leading Seattle competitor for cabinets and $800 less for granite.

After receiving quotes from several companies, we chose to get our granite countertops from LD Kitchen and Bath. They came out and cut and installed the granite onsite. The installers were friendly and professional, the office staff helpful and informative. I only wish they would have called when they were running late. We will definitely go back to LD Kitchen and Bath for our next home!
