The house looked good while we were looking. The price should have been a tipoff to the quality of the fixtures, workmanship and after sale service. First if you do buy from this company and you need warranty work DO NOT LET HIM DELAY!!! He will delay until the end then say it is too late! He has told several people to pare down the list because it is too long. It took the threat of a lawsuit to even get my punch list done, DO NOT ACCEPT THE HOUSE IF IT IS NOT DONE FIRST. He has you sign many extra papers at closing when you are distracted by all the paperwork that says he does not warrant a lot of the work he does unless you catch it during the walk through. He only put 1.5 inches of topsoil even though he is required to put a minimum of 8 inches, according to the plans and DOE for surface water drainage. You also have to know about standing water issues in the yard because of the extra papers during the walk through. READ THE CCRs!! HE IS THE PRESIDENT OF OUR HOA, HIS WIFE WAS TREASURER, HIS DAUGHTER WAS SECRETARY. HE WILL NOT GIVE US THE FINANCIAL RECORDS, we have had to retain attorneys to have faulty construction fixed, the landscaping fixed and to get the financial records we are entitled to see by law! He preys on mostly first time home buyers and people that english is their second language so everyone WILL NOT COMPARE WHAT IS GOING ON! This is NOT a company you want to do ANY business with!
