The man came out and took the entire blind to their shop to have the cord fixed. A few days later he came back and in place of the cord he had put on a chain. He told me they were out of the replacement cords but they were on back order and when they have them they were going to let me know and come fix it. This was on July 21st and I've not heard back from them. Any communication I've had with them has been me contacting them. Their customer service is non-existent. They just blow me off any time I call them. The workers could care less about customer service or keeping their customers updated as to where they are with the project. The owner himself called me to apologize and let me know he would see where they are with the project and he assured he'd call me back the very next day - I've not heard back from him at all.

Doug came out to do an estimate, fitting me into his schedule pretty quickly. He recommended the headrail be replaced because the worn clips were not replaceable. He provided the estimate before leaving, was very pleasant to work with. Although I understood the headrail would be upgraded, I did not realize the mechanism would be so different. But I felt the process went very smoothly, and I would use this company again.
