Kliemann is truly a customer oriented business. I got the best service I've experienced in many years thru Kliemann. Jeremy Kliemann was the most knowledgable, professional sales person of all the bids I got. I got 4 bids, by comparing apples to apples Kliemann was the best price by a bit, but that wasn't the determining factor for why I chose them. The staff in the office were wonderful and always responded to any questions or sent any information out immediately when I called. I would recommend them in a minute to anyone who needs a furnace replacement or repair. The install was a seemless experience for me, they setup everything, even the sub job for the duct cleaning. They did all the paper work for my rebates, they called for the inspections, and the system I ended up with is fantastic. My heating/hot water heating bills are 1/3 of what they used to be. I had a power outage shortly after the installation, and as I am on a private well system there was an annomoly with the water system. Somehow the water syphoned out of the hot water heater and there was a glitch that caused the new Hot Water heat pump to fail. The problem was not covered by the manufacturer's warranty but Kliemann replaced it with a new unit at no cost to me. They were also at my place within an hour when I initially found the problem. I am so impressed by their follow up service, I'm elated I chose them for my project.

During a severe heat wave in early July my air conditioner crashed the evening before the projected hottest day. The next day I selected Kliemann Bros. from Angie's List. They were, as expected, already booked up for the day, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day at "8:30 to 9:00." Promptly at 8:30 a.m., a very professional appearing young man knocked on the door. I was immediately struck by his appearance -- the cleanliness (laundered AND ironed) of his uniform and his overall personal appearance as well. He was very polite and created a comfortable feeling of confidence in his ability to perform the services required. He identified the problem promptly and in less than an hour was finished. In addition to fixing the air conditioner, he also took the time to check and clean the filters in our electronic air cleaner. The reason that the price is a little high is because the part needed to repair the air conditioner was the most expensive part of the job. I would not hesitate to call this company again, and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone requiring the services they provide.

Jeremie showed up and provided the quote.The install was done about a week later. The cost was exactly what he quoted. The time involved in the install (one day) was also exactly as he said it would be. Jeremie told us that the unit we purchased would heat or cool the entire house (1622 sq ft), but the far end of the house would be a couple of degrees cooler or warmer. We tested the system over a few days and it was exactly how he said it would be. The install site he suggested allowed for excellent flow throughout the house, allowing the unit to warm/cool all of the living space. We are very happy with the decision to go this route so that we can have AC, instead of replacing the old furnace with a new heat pump system that works with the duct work. That option would have been twice as much. Jeremie also showed us how running our heat pump is so much more cost effective than the cost of running our furnace on natural gas.

They were superior. It has been three years since the work was done and they still have great customer service any time I have any questions about anything. I would highly recommend them.
