Description of Work: Check, cleaned and adjusted gas furnace. Technician arrived on time and was very thorough in his work. We will use the Kliemann Brothers for all our future heading needs.

Description of Work: Replaced a no functioning furnace and installed a high efficiency service and a heat pump. I selected B on punctuality not because the sales representative and the installers were not on time but because they weren't able to start for several days. The two-day job was done on a Monday and a Friday which meant days without furnace heat. I selected B on professionalism because the installers left on Friday without informing me of the status of the project. Theirs was the most straightforward and cost effective proposal. They were recommended by someone knowledgable about HVAC contractors.

Description of Work: Yearly maintainance contract. It seems high, but we do have a dual furnace/heatpump system, and they do a very nice job.

Description of Work: This company installed a forced air furnace, tankless hot water heater in our house 5 years ago and has continued to provide excellent service and support! | |The only thing I can complain about the $89 service fee if they have to come out - but then I suppose most companies have to pay their gas. | |Overall the support, price and performance has been exceptional! I wouldn't use anyone else in the Tacoma or Olympia greater metro area for your HVAC, heating or air conditioning needs.

Description of Work: We asked Kliemann to check out our gas fireplace. They came out on December 16th. Workers disassembled and cleaned gas fireplace and got it to work. I was told that it was fixed and the fireplace should remain on for a while. When workers were still in the driveway, the fireplace went out. I called them back in. They looked at the firepace some more and determined we needed a new thermocuplar, that they needed to order. During the following weeks, I called on two occasions to check on the part's status. I did not receive an estimate until January 4th (3 weeks after initial service). I was quoted $540 parts and service. The following day I checked and registered at the manufacturer's website. The day after that I received a call from the one of the manufacturer's distibutors. They came out the following day and fixed the fireplace for $140.
