KIRISHIAN CO

Outstanding job! I had had orientals cleaned at Hammond Knoll and wasn't entirely happy with their work. Initially I took these two rugs to HK but the price they gave me in person was magnitudes higher than the quote I got over the phone. So I decided to try Kirishian's. The person at HK kind of shook her head when I decided to take my rugs elsewhere and commented that the method used by Kirishian's is different from what they use in their business. She implied that it was inferior. But when I got the rugs back from Kirishian's, they sparkled! I was surprised by how brilliant some of the colors were and how the whites (and I didn't even know the carpets had whites) looked so beautiful. Their final price was a bit higher than the initially quoted price because of some extra work that needed to be done. But I was called to authorize the work before they did it. The gentleman at Kirishian's was helpful, delightful and accommodating. I will definitely use them again.
