+ -1 moreWe chose K & K Suites based off an Angie's List report. They delivered! Kellie was extremely flexible as we were unable to provide firm dates until the last minute both on move in and move out. The apartment was furnished with everything we could have wanted and more. It provided a very homey atmosphere for my family of 4. The price was very good as compared to other unfurnished units (we needed furnished). I highly recommend K & K Suites to anyone who needs temporary furnished living quarters. A great alternative to a hotel!
Description of Work: We recently relocated to the Tacoma area due to a military PCS. We needed temporary furnished housing as our home purchase was taking longer than planned. We needed furnished housing as we did not want our household goods to be delivered until we were in a house. We needed flexibility in renting as we were unsure of how long our house purchase would take. K & K Suites delivered all of these things and more. Price for the furnished unit was $2450/mo for a very nicely furnished apartment with 2 parking spots, plus MANY ammenities for the complex. Very safe environment, great location near shopping/transit/restaurants etc.

+ -1 moreThe K&K Suites staff from the beginning provided immediate, fully furnished, luxurious apartment style lodging with a personal touch. As a client I did not have to worry about all the time consuming tasks of getting basic services like phone, internet, cable, appliances, etc. All this is provided by K&K Suites as they continued to make me as comfortable as possible throughout my 3 months tenure with them. I recommend K&K Suites to anyone looking for more than a hotel when seeking long term temporary corporate housing.
Description of Work: Service provided was long term corporate housing in a safe, comfortable neighborhood setting in Tacoma, Washington.
