Truly excellent, from customer service to professionalism to highest quality result. Couldn't ask for more. They were genuinely excited (and experienced) about working on the original wood floors of our historic home. Even used a personal stockpile of old wood to patch the water damage under the paint. They were very accommodating, on somewhat short notice, to fit us in before we moved into our new home. I will definitely use them again.

We selected Innovative Hardwood Floors based on a neighbor's positive recommendation. Mark, the sales rep, was helpful in discussing options and letting us know what to expect during the process. The installation crew was very professional and the process that they used kept dust to a minimum. The crew chief worked with us to create a stain color that best suited the overall decor of the house. The application of Swedish finish after installation required us to vacate the house for several days due to the toxic nature of the fumes but that was anticipated as a normal part of the process. It is impossible to tell where the old oak flooring in the kitchen stops and the new oak flooring in the living/dining areas begins. The project took place seven years ago and we are till getting compliments on how nice the wood floors look.

I used them before joining Angie's list. The work done was a success. I was looking for them for my friend. I have seen them and I still feel they would do quality work. They were very personable. They paid attention to details. They certainly wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the end product. They were great. It's one of those deals where you can find cheaper companies with cheaper products. But if you really want to have it done right, they seemed to be certainly competitive on price; if you correlate quality and price it probably was reasonable. I would use them in the future.

The job wasn't bad. They got the job done in two days. They cut a few corners and damaged some walls, but it's okay. It took me a lot of time to go back over what they did. I had to patch walls up and repaint. I didn't want to have to do all of that. You get what you pay for, though. I met the owner, but didn't really meet the installers.

I didn't get them off Angie's List, but they just did unbelievable work. I just cannot believe what this guy came out and did for me. It was way beyond what anyone could do! There were things the other guy did that weren't right and they kept working on it until it was right. It was way beyond what I had paid them to do. It was really embarrassing because I should have just gotten them the first time. The trimming wasn't right and they saw that it was ugly and they went into their own pocket and bought the wood floor to put it in, I ended up reimbursing him, of course, but he really wanted it to be done right. His name was Lloyd Fluhrer, I was so impressed with this company. It was way beyond what I had paid for. If I was putting in another wood floor, I would go with this company in a heartbeat. They are perfectionists, they couldn't stand seeing it not done right. We asked another company to come out, but since we didn't buy the floor from them, they wouldn't come out.
