IMPACT CONSTRUCTION & DEV LLC

They're swindlers and they're crooks. They took our money and didn't pay their sub-contractors. We had to pay the sub-contractors ourselves so it was like we paid double. We tried to go after their bond but so many people before us had that it was gone. We had a lein put on the house for the plumber, garage door and many other contractors. The work was horrific, they did such a crappy job and it makes me so upset. I also paid them $2500 to draw up plans and I gave him specific plans on what I wanted and all he did was go home and copy them. We decided to do the project in phases and they got ther garage and laundry room up. They put a bay window where the little garage used to be and turned it into something we could call a dining room. There was also supposed to be a pantry and powder room involved that they didn't do anything about and the laundry room was smaller than it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be 7 feet and ended up being less than 5 feet. They used the wrong screws and nails for the faschia boards to hold on the gutters. As soon as it rained it all pulled away from the house. We had to do everything else ourselves after paying so much more than expected. They had guy working for him that didn't know how to do anything so they had left him detailed instructions. Then they skipped town. If we had to hire people to come in and finish what they didn't do it would cost around $10,000. The guy who knew what to do was hardley ever here. I would do anything to put them out of business. I almost had a nervous breakdown because of this.

The job went fast. They were in and out in 3 days.
