Easy to do business with

I am extremely frustrated with the quality of work, the customer service following their mistakes, and I feel taken advantage of after trusting them to do quality work within state and city codes I was not familiar with. For anyone considering hiring Hunts Services, I would strongly suggest against it, and if you do work with them, be sure to watch them closely and do your research on the codes that apply to the work they will be doing as they cannot be trusted to abide by them. We trusted Hunts Services to replace our electrical panel, which was located in a small closet in our bedroom. We originally discussed moving the panel, as its location was only permissible due to its age (it had been installed before the code was updated). I was working from home at the time, I let the workers in, and the replacement panel was put into the same location in the closet. When I inquired, they said it was fine at the time. A year later when considering a remodel, I checked the codes myself and found that the panel is against Washington state code. I have reached out multiple times since July, and been told the worker who installed the panel was no longer with them, and they would address it. As of this point in time, I have not received compensation for the work they have done that is against code, which I needed to pay to be fixed. If they reach out and refund me, I will update my review. Additionally, we had a very expensive sewer liner installed with them, and when we received a free scope from another company, they notified us the liner was coming up. We sent the liner video to Hunts Services, only for them to say it was fine. We have now had two expensive jobs by this company, with very low quality of work and a failure to meet state standards. I cannot caution enough against using them. In my experience, there is a high likelihood you will not be happy with the work, and they will not do anything to rectify it.

Technician was knowledgeable, explained all my options and provided best choices for my circumstances. Provided additional recommendations regarding the condition of my heat pump/furnace and what needed to be done in the future.

We had a leaky tub faucet that dripped through the tiles into the ceiling below. On Father's Day Austin came out, diagnosed the issue, and turned the water off. GREAT customer service! Two other employees later came to open the tiles surrounding the tub and assess any damage inside. Their work was neat, and they cleaned everything up. Highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend Hunts Service and excellent customer service from the technician

Casey was new to our house. Weâ  ve had prior service for a number of years. He was good, thorough, confident.

Developed a drain pipe leak the night before a real estate inspection was scheduled. They came out about an hour after I called and not only fixed the leak, but brought the plumbing up to code. Cleaned up afterward. Very friendly. Put up with my nosy cat who wanted to supervise the process.

Good communication with the company. All work was explained. Senior discount was given. Service call was included in the price which was a fair one. Excellent COVID-19 safety precautions used at all times. Highly recommend.

Dakota was on time and very courteous. He answered all my questions, explained the problem, and kept me informed about what he was doing to fix it. I realized that it was a weekend visit, but was somewhat surprised at the cost, but they did the job I asked for.
