I’m a contractor working in the North End of Tacoma the last 8 years. In that time I’ve used a half dozen different electricians with varying results/satisfaction. We used Hughes Electric to run all the electrical for an ADU project and tie into an existing panel and they established themselves as head and shoulders above the rest. They were able to quickly identify all electrical needs and created an electrical design that both met the clients specific needs and identify issues that other electricians had completely missed. Work was performed efficiently and with an eye to detail. Highly recommend!

+ 0 moreJoe, with Hughes Electric company, was such a great person to work with. Contractors can be really hit or miss, talk over your head or intimidate you with high quotes. Joe was on time, helpful, trustworthy and completely fair. I would recommend him for any residential or commercial job site. Truly a pleasure to work with and we are so happy with the quality of care he took with our project. Will, no doubt, be hiring him again whenever the need arises.

We do not repair generators, only the electrical connections to them. We can install whole home generators and transfer switches, but no engine repairs.
