+ -1 moreI WAS SURPRISED TO ARRIVE AT THE HOME FOR THE INSPECTION AND FIND FRED KNOWLES HAD BEEN THERE FOR A HALF HOUR ALREADY GETTING STARTED ON A LENGTHY TASK. HE WANTED TO BE PREPARED FOR WHEN I SHOWED UP! HE PATIENTLY WALKED US AROUND THE PROPERTY AND DETAILED THINGS THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THOSE THAT WERE SERIOUSLY IN DEFAULT, AND THOSE THAT WE COULD FIX OURSELVES. HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW WE MIGHT DO IT OURSELVES, AND EMPHASIZED WHICH PROJECTS NEEDED A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. FRED SPENT TIME WITH US AFTER THE INSPECTION GOING THROUGH THE DETAILED BOOK AND REPORT HE LEFT WITH US. HE TOOK TIME TO WORK WITH OUR REALTOR IN LISTING OUR REQUESTED REPAIRS FOR THE SELLER. FRED WAS PERHAPS 'NIT-PICKY', BUT THAT IS JUST WANT YOU WANT FROM A HOME INSPECTOR! FOLLOWING THE REPAIRS, FRED RETURNED CHEERFULLY AND PUNCTUALLY TO REINSPECT THE AREAS OF CONCERN.
Description of Work: WE HAD A FULL HOME INSPECTION PERFORMED PRIOR TO CLOSING ON A HOUSE PURCHASE. IT LASTED PROBABLY 4 HOURS ON A 2360 SQ. FT. HOUSE.
