Excellent electrician and awesome customer service!

Technician gave me lots of information on the project I had in mind and things to be aware of in the future. Kept me updated frequently while he worked on the project and finished the project in one day.

The team worked to meet my project schedule and availability. The electrician ensured my current system was safe and up to code. They offered suggestions that actually improved my original idea and made the project a complete success! - Electrician is very knowledgeable and will explain every process thoroughly. - Team was very professional and kept me updated with schedule delay (even if it was a notice of a 30 min delay) - Price was fair for the work I requested (added additional outlets in garage) - Team too great care to respect my property as they routed new line in existing walls. I would highly recommend Harts and will be calling them for all future electrical needs.

I wasted time by talking to the other guys, I wish I called Harts from the get-go. Nathan is a Master Electrician and he was a really pleasant guy to plan out my project with. I am grateful for the results. If you need work done and you want it done right, then call these guys!

Tylor was great. He gave us a quote before proceeding with the work. He informed us of what caused our problems and what was needed to solve them.

Billy was amazing. He figured out my dishwasher was gone but also went above and beyond by showing me how to use my shop vac .

Great Service

The technician on the day of the faucet replacement, was on time, very professional, quick and an overall excellent experience. We would use them again. However, they did delay the actual planned original date by one more day, stating that they were too busy to be able to arrive that day, which meant that a whole day wasted waiting for them, hence the low rating on customer service.

Brian was on time and super knowledgeable for dealing with my tankless hot water heater. He got right to work and dealt with the problem and helped me establish a paper trail with the manufacture in case of any future warranty concerns.

Brandon was friendly professional and answered all my questions.
