The tech I had (Colton) was great. He explained everything and had me look at all the changes he was making in my house. He finished quickly and cleaned up after himself. He suggested other things that we could do in the house to make it more efficient and beneficial. He did press the changes he had suggested. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Michelle, the first person I spoke to to schedule an appointment was pleasant and very helpful. I have had other plumbers come to my house us for repairs, I would and will choose Hart s plumbing every time.

The work was great. The plumber did a wonderful job. But I thought the cost to install a toilet was outrageous. Love the work, hate the cost!

The company contacted me very soon after I made my request to Home Advisor, so that was very good. The plumber was quite good, friendly, attentive, and very fast, and I was completely satisfied with his work. What I did not realize before he came was that every individual gas appliance needs it's own shut-off valve, and apparently the last person to have a gas stove in this house just shut it off at the meter. Having to install the shut-off valve more than doubled the cost of the job (installing the stove). I really do not agree with the practiceâ certainly not exclusive to this companyâ that they give NO pricing information over the phone: you have to wait until the expert is there (and you are paying for an estimate). Why can't they give some ball-park figures, like "if you need this, it could range from this to that, and here are some things that might make it cost more (or less)." There should be more cost transparency, here as elsewhere. The plumber arrived during the time frame I requested, but there was one confusing exchange where the receptionist said one thing and the dispatcher said something different. But it worked out fine in the end. Overall, good and fast work; a reasonable price for the work, albeit more than I expected; relatively low stress.

They were quick and opened my sewer within hours. Their customer service was great. The plumber was very nice and professional. Their quote for the replacement was a lot higher than other companies, though. So, I ended up going with someone else for that part of the job.
