Harts has gotten it wrong from the beginning, first by not showing up on the arranged date, failing to arrive when schedule on the date of the reschedule, and failing to refund my $4200 after I cancelled the job. My calls to the supervisor have gone unanswered, and now my attorney will be in. touch with these people. They care more? They took my money and do not care at all.
