Maurice was great. Very friendly. Fixed my leaky outdoor faucet. While doing the job he discovered some serious other issues. Talked me through all the issues worked up a plan and arranged to get the jobs done. Great job.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a ten. He was very knowledgeable about his job. Very polite. He knew what he was doing and was fast at what he did. Great job I will use them again on the next job I need.

Shawn and his crew replumbed our entire house in 3 days while keeping our home useable. We are blown away by their professionalism, work ethic, friendliness, and quality of install. All new water lines in the house, new fixtures, new waste lines, they did a complete system replacement in our home. Shawn and his team explained every step in the process and walked us through what was done and what was left to do at the end of each work day. An amazing 3 man crew in a company full of amazing talent. Harts had previously lined our 100 yr old sewer line and that crew was amazing as well.

Pretty quick to come out and give estimate then schedule. Good communication from their dispatch when arriving or if other emergencies get in the way. Work done exactly what I wanted. Love the big orange company vehicle they roll up with and have all the tools. Professional with payment right on the tablet on site.

Customer service was very helpful. The team was here about 2-3 hours after our request for emergent help.

From beginning service call to rep packing up and leaving service was excellent. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. Will be repeat customer if need arises.

The work done outside was close to 5 stars but the work done inside was almost 0 stars. They were very polite and punctual I must say but my biggest problem was the overselling.
