This company is so professional and kind. Anthony, the rep who came to do the estimate on a basement kitchen sink and shower installation was so knowledgeable. and patient, My elderly mother has moved in and is making our finished basement her new home, he addressed all her concerns and helped to make some smart choices. Lexi, the phone coordinator was lovely as well.

Carlos was right on time, very personable and easy to work with!

Tony was excellent,,, he was punctual, professional, courteous, informative and efficient.. Tony performed a general home inspection of all of our interior house plumbing and invited my wife and I to accompany him as he did so... as he inspected he did point out a few items that could potentially be a concern/problem at some point in the future but assured us that for now and the foreseeable future there weren't/aren't any issues needing to be addressed... Tony also noted/entered the results of his thorough inspection on a ITablet and actually emailed me the results before he departed our premise... could not have asked for or expected any better service... Thank you Tony and thank you Harts Services

Jerry was very enjoyable and professional in replacing a bent lead toilet connection which had leaked at the toilet. He replaced the old lead connection to the cast iron sewer pipe with modern ABS pipe and installed a flange to attach the new toilet to when the floor is completed.

Professional and fast and done the job. Must times it takes a few days to be sure the job was accomplished. So if I could hold this review for a while it would be great.

Anthony from Harts Services was prompt, professional, courteous and informative... there was one rather minor but important project my wife and I needed done which Anthony assessed and provided to us within a short period of time three viable options and associated costs so my wife and I could make an informed decision... the option we chose was completed efficiently and effectively with the results being exactly what we were hoping for and needed... also, per my wife and my request, Anthony took the time to consult with us pertaining to other potential plumbing needs/improvements to our house... overall absolutely pleased with Anthony and the services he provided and would/will not hesitate to engage Harts Services again

Dylan from Harts Services was prompt, professional and courteous... he scoped out three unfinished basement floor drains to determine why they weren't draining properly... he even invited me to observe the process which I did... Dylan was able to diagnose the problem and provide me with viable solutions and costs and within a short period of time emailed me that information to make an informed decision... quite pleased with the service and would/will not hesitate to engage Harts Services again

Maurice was great. Very friendly. Fixed my leaky outdoor faucet. While doing the job he discovered some serious other issues. Talked me through all the issues worked up a plan and arranged to get the jobs done. Great job.

Shawn and his crew replumbed our entire house in 3 days while keeping our home useable. We are blown away by their professionalism, work ethic, friendliness, and quality of install. All new water lines in the house, new fixtures, new waste lines, they did a complete system replacement in our home. Shawn and his team explained every step in the process and walked us through what was done and what was left to do at the end of each work day. An amazing 3 man crew in a company full of amazing talent. Harts had previously lined our 100 yr old sewer line and that crew was amazing as well.
