We called at 8 am and had a technician here by noon. A new water heater was installed by 2:30. Milton was compassionate (we were frazzled) and knew exactly what to do. Really grateful for the care and expertise.

The quality was great and the plumber was incredibly friendly, easy to work with. My only concern was I was never provided pictures of the tub surround as discussed and not given the option to chose, just got what was picked out for me. This was a pretty big 4-day project, re-pipe of water, sewer lines, new tankless water heater, new tub and 2 new toilets. I do not love that 2 different toilets were installed. Again, I was not consulted about the style of toilets.

Brandon was at the job on time and went straight to work, My Tenants were without hot water. Before noon the job was completed. It was easy working with Brandon and he is greatly appreciated. I bought membership with the company and for any future plubing concerns I look forward working with Hart Services/Brandon.

Jordan was great. We are waiting until we determine if our home warranty will cover the work. However, having a contractor background, his bid was legit. He was on time, polite, and fast.
