While time will be the truth teller on any project done, I have more confidence in Justice and Harts as I think I got better information and explanation of what the problem was, the necessary solution, and how the work would be done specifically to address said problem. Justice took his time, explained every step, gave me tips to avoid a repeat of the problem, and did the job well. (Yes, I hired someone else earlier. They were in and out quickly with little to say, and it only held for a few months).

Quick and efficient

Heart's plumbing is my "go to" for any plumbing needs. They have been here for sinks that are backed up, toilet issues, and today I've had them back to do the maintenance on my hot water tank. Their team is knowledgeable and do great work, both at the house and when I'm working with them on the phone. It's been 8 years and so far I only have good things to say about them.

Technician was excellent. Arrived quickly, kept me informed throughout, and did a great job. He told me they had staff who could recommend a bath remodeling. I expressed an interest in talking with them and he said someone would call me back to arrange for a visit. No one called. I called the office and the receptionist said someone would call me back. Again no one called back. This is the reason for the low score on customer service.

I was amazed at how fast this company sent someone out to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. I will definitely use them again. Had it all done from request to finish in three hours.

We had a hotwater circulation pump installed. Its great having hot water at the far end of the house now without a 5 minute wait.

My project was to install a replacement kitchen faucet and repair a leak under the sink. Nick provided courteous service and was able to stick to the estimate. His work was solid and he was able to answer all of my questions. I intend to use this company for future plumbing projects.
