30mins n he was done! Just a short down spout drain from kitchen sink that was leaking needed to be cut out n replaced with new elbow Showed pictures before n after now all dry under my house!

The Professional Sarah Cruz was capable and careful .with a wide knowledge base of the job and physical capabilities beyond expectations. She was personable and responsible . She installed a high end Toto toilet with a bidet and was familiar with it . She carried the old toilet and brought the new one upstairs . She cleaned up before leaving . I am always want to choose her if I could . She is obviously well trained and has wide knowledge of the job . Very impressive ! Highly recommend .

While time will be the truth teller on any project done, I have more confidence in Justice and Harts as I think I got better information and explanation of what the problem was, the necessary solution, and how the work would be done specifically to address said problem. Justice took his time, explained every step, gave me tips to avoid a repeat of the problem, and did the job well. (Yes, I hired someone else earlier. They were in and out quickly with little to say, and it only held for a few months).
