+ 0 moreHe did not give a firm quote, did not do a thorough job, and I personally did not like how he contracted out. He took at the flag pole and left the hole which made me fill in the hole and plant the new grass.
Description of Work: He was supposed to move a handicap ramp from the front porch and a flag pole that had rotted in the front yard. He also installed security lights. Later on, I had him dig some holes to put in some trees.
