Gary responded very quickly to an email we sent and set up an appointment for an estimate without delay.We asked for several quotes, not knowing whether we would replace all of the gutters or just the ones which were slanted the wrong way. Gary's attitude toward the job didn't seem to change when we told him that we would do part now and the rest at a later date. He provided the services we agreed to, showing up on time and completing the work as specified in the estimate. We contacted him later about a small problem, and though he couldn't get to it immediately, he let us know when he could. We were very happy with Gary and his work and will call him back to replace the remaining gutters in the future.

Gary came out promptly to give an estimate. In addition to being the lowest of 3 estimates, he seemed the most knowledgeable about the work. We scheduled the work for a date convenient for us. Gary showed up on time, and completed the work in an efficient manner. The new gutters look and work great! Clean up was wonderful, too.

During a recent Seattle winter rainstorm, my renter called and said that a gutter had pulled away from the house and water was leaking into the garage. I live about an hour from the rental property, and to drive down and fix it, during rush hour traffic, would have been a challenge (not to mention time away from work). Gary was great! I called him up, explained the situation, asked him his opinion. He went and looked at it, made a minor adjustment to rectify the current situation (didn't charge me anything), called me back, explained his suggested solution, and took care of it the very next day. VERY customer service oriented, and both my renter and myself are very pleased with the work he did and how he handled it. I would highly recommend him!

Contacted Gary who provided a very prompt estimate and installed the new gutters within three weeks.
