Our family has been in the seamless gutter industry for over 35 years. We not only install gutters as a family but use the knowledge passed from generation to generation perfecting the art . We now have a Seamless gutter company, downspout manufacturing and distribution company, and a gutter guard manufacturing company. I cannot think of another family owned rain gutter company more capable of taking care of all your seamless rain gutter needs.
They did a great job. My previous gutters were old and had sagged over time to where they did not drain the water down the spouts, especially in the back of the house. The workers were able to replace the gutters quickly and slope the new gutters so that all of the water clears out.

I was home all day and they never showed even though I called them before noon and was told I was the next job. they never responded to my phone calls or voice mail. A week later these scammers sent me a bill for the job they never did. I even dragged out my ladder and went up and took pictures of the dirty gutters and sent them the pictures. I told them I would hire someone else to do the job. Never heard back from these jokers. I guess they thought an old guy wouldn't climb a ladder and they could just steal from me. I always tell workers I'll be there to watch the work being done I guess they forgot that.I wonder if they have done this to other people? If you didn't climb up and check you'd never know they scammed you.

Gutter Maintence is amazing! My gutters get full often because of all the trees around my home. Kyle cleared off my roof, cleaned out my gutters and made sure no debris was left around my home. They are very friendly and they know gutters! I recommend them to everyone that needs new gutters or cleaning!

This company was subbed by a contractor with whom I have worked before. The cost of the service includes demo/clean-up by the contractor. The crew of three arrived just a little after the time window I had been told to expect them but they went right to work. The lead asked me if I had any particular concerns. One of the old gutters had never drained well. That gutter was redirected. I have a large home but the job went quickly. I have noticed that a previously ineffective downspout was redirected and now drains much better. They were also able to install a gutter on a shed attachment that has never had a successful gutter on it. I am so impressed with the product. The color is a near match for the trim on my house and the invisible gutter and downspout fasteners are a big improvement. The job was completed in about 2 hours. Clean-up was complete. I plan to call this company to do fall gutter maintenance and I have referred them to my son who owns a home in the area.

This was in fact the best experience i have with any vendors. I had gotten three estimates from local companies and by far Gutter Maintenance Services was the best value for exact same product. What i did not know when i scheduled them to come is that this is a family owned company, generations of experts at what they do. Ben and Dereck came and replaced all the gutters in record time, it was a most impeccable job. They are so experienced doing this kind of work, you can see they have perfected their craft. The ladies at the office who scheduled the work were too very diligent, not to mention kind and accommodating. I fully recommend this company having implicit trust in what they do. The new gutters add value to my home and really enhance the look of my house like a frame on a painting, they also preserve my foundation, and make me sleep better when it rains. I am very grateful for the work Ben and Dereck provided, I felt very lucky and blessed that it was them who got the job; their quality work has improved my life in ways i did not expect. Many thanks to Gutters Maintenance Services! Marta

I contacted Rain Gutter Pros as soon as the roofers repaired my roof. Kyle Hawes scheduled the gutter cover installation in less than a week. Contractor Ben Hawes and Jeff arrived on time and worked tirelessly installing the covers and fixing the downspouts in the pouring rain. One of the gutter repairs was very difficult and they needed a scupper or rain water container. They drove all the way to Fife and then back to Burien to finish the job. I was shown over a dozen photos of my newly installed gutter guards. My gutters look great and the downspouts are functioning very well. No more gutter overflow problems.

I called Ben with a date that the painters were to begin and he and Kyle promptly came and removed the old gutters and hauled them away. Painting took longer than expected, and I kept Ben informed of the progress. I finally confirmed with Ben in mid-September that painting was completed and he could now finish the job. He stated he would order the materials and put us on the schedule. On September 27 he left a voice mail that we were on the schedule for October 4. We left the next morning for a vacation and returned to find no gutters installed. I waited a couple of weeks and called Ben. He asked if the painters were done, and I reminded him that he had already stated that he was to have done it on the 4th. He guaranteed me that it would be done the following week. Well, he was a no-show and did not return my phone calls. Totally blew me off! The yard is a mess because of the rainstorms weve had with no gutters, and I'm into November at square one.
Description of Work: We were having our house painted this past summer, and wanted to replace the gutters. Our house is old and on the historic register, so we thought the old fashioned half-round gutters would be a nice touch. I called a lot of gutter people but didn't have a great deal of confidence in anybody until I spoke to Ben. He claimed to have done all the galvanized gutters at Seabrook which seemed to put him in the expert category. I accepted his bid and we agreed that he would remove the gutters prior to painting and return when the painters were done to install the new gutters.

To clarify, no money was ever paid to Rain Gutter Pros removal and haul away of old gutter system or any service performed. So the job cost of $2000 is inaccurate. When the painting delayed the project, it pushed a custom, half round gutter job into the busy season of gutters which unfortunately meant we were having difficulty squeezing this job into our already filled schedule, despite our efforts to rearrange other jobs that had been on the calendar for a long time. We are committed to serving our customers and taking care of our contractors, however, some custom jobs are not able to be fit into a schedule easily. We apologize for any inconvenience and if we had collected any money, would be glad to refund the customer.

Rain Gutter Pros (RGP) was a subcontractor for our residential re-roofing job. Ben and his brother stopped by before the job to answer some questions. Very nice, personable folks. After roofing was completed they arrived to install the gutters. I had already removed our old gutters and their job didn't take long - straight runs, nothing fancy. They asked if the small shed attached to the house was to have a gutter. Although it was also re-roofed, I was uncertain about the gutter. I assumed it was included since it had one originally. (Maybe the contractor didn't notice, focusing only on the house?) Ben offered to put the gutter in even though he didn't think it was in the contract, but there was a little prep to do (cutting a piece of trim) before the gutter would fit. I was also painting the house and noticed after they had left that two screws had missed the rafter tails. Ben said that they would be out to fix that and put in the short gutter section after I did the prep. Very small job. When I finished my part I contacted them and Ben said they would be out the next day. After some reminding, they showed up a week later. The screws were re-set, but they brought the wrong gutter metal. No problem: they put me on the schedule for the first week of October. Here we are 2 weeks later and they never came. It's OK. I give up. This is not a huge negative for RGP, especially if it was not even in the contract. Just a bit annoying to have a promise not delivered. The good: Very neat work with the downspout standing off from the trim about 5/8-inch. No more moisture collection behind the downspout. The OK: The gutters do what they are supposed to do. But don't believe the song that all gutter contractors give about sloping toward the downspout by about 1/2-in per 10 feet. If you want that, you will have to do it yourself. RGP eyeballed it and the only run I inspected after a rain was 3/4-in deep in water at the wrong end. Still, when it rains most of it drains and I doubt any other contractor would have done better. On balance, I would still recommend them to anyone.

They were in the neighborhood for another job already. Easily got a quote immediately. Their lead time was three weeks out, but they had a cancellation and did the job about a week after we accepted their quote. They didn't give a firm time to start. They showed up at 11:30 AM, which was fine since I was home for the day anyway. Ben listened to my concerns and suggestions for the new gutters. The install was quick, about 2-1/2 hours. Very happy with the result. The price was exactly what they quoted, even though Kyle forgot to charge for the tear-down on the quote.

There are a lot of options out there for gutters, ranging from the quick and dirty to the somewhat ridiculously over-priced - think the rather ridiculously over-advertised "leaf guard" guys. RGP, a family company from down by Oly, was the most responsive in terms of getting a bid in and explaining their screening technology, struck a middle ground in pricing, and seemed to understand and pay attention to the issues. I waffled quite a bit about going with their debris guards or not, but eventually decided to give it a try. This is the major decision in a gutter project, whether or not to go with one of the screen deals to avoid yearly cleanouts - while it seems pretty counter intuitive that this stuff could actually work around here, i.e. where does all the stuff that lands on the roof go if it doesn't go into the gutters? RGP's homegrown version, like most technologies, is an engineering compromise, but kind of an interesting one - it's a somewhat coarser screen than some of the competition, tight enough to keep almost all the debris out, but loose enough to still drain when there are leaves/etc accumulated on top. The upside is that the gutters do not get clogged, and continue to drain most of the water off the roof even during peak debris accumulation; which is pretty nice. The downside is that every little twig or leaf that lands on the screens provides a path for water to drip over the edges and run down the fascia, until it eventually washes or blows off - an unanticipated, and decidedly unadvertised, feature, but probably preferable to the sheets of water that would come over the previous unscreened gutters when they (regularly) clogged. Overall I'm pleased with this approach, seems a reasonable compromise in the real world of unreasonable realities. And in the vein of reasonable real-world compromises, RGP provided an amusing example of contractor performance - while they were quite responsive during the bidding and ordering process, once the order (and 1/2 down payment... ) was in, I could not get an answer about when the job might actually happen - repeated phone calls were not returned, which became increasingly annoying as we moved into the rainy season last fall. I'd given up trying and had cast my gutters fate to the (rainy autumnal) winds when, one morning the crew just showed up at the house unannounced, just as I was leaving for an appointment - too bad, I would have enjoyed watching the install process. Of course the installers were also amused by the fact that I didn't know they were coming, because "it had been on the schedule for a couple of weeks", but by the time I got home the job was done, and they were no more timely billing me for the balance than they had been about letting me know when things were happening, so guess it all comes out in the wash. Overall I'm quite pleased with my gutters, and regard the confusion about install scheduling as a minor hiccup in the real world of contractor performance -

Called Ben for an estimate for new gutters. I had already removed the old ones. He missed his first appointment for an estimate, but kept the second one, and gave me a very good price on new gutters. I was very impressed with his knowledge and products. His crew showed up on time and quickly did the job. I was happy until it rained ... and I noticed two places where the gutters leaked (water seeping between the gutter and facia). I took pictures and e-mailed to Ben, and he responded quickly that he would forward the pictures to his installment crew and get it taken care of. That was over a month ago, and repeated phone calls and e-mails to him since then have been met with silence. I'm not sure they are in business any more. After the very positive start, I was very disappointed. My old gutters did not leak, and these were simple replacements in the same location. Now I'll have to fix it myself.

I called the number on their website and talked with Ben. I gave him the rough estimate of linear feet of gutter my house needed and he gave me a rough quote over the phone. We scheduled a time for that week to come to the house for a hard estimate. Ben was on time with tape measure in hand. He quickly set up an estimate and I booked the job for the following Saturday. There were some scheduling conflicts on that day, so we pushed it to Tuesday at 2pm. Ben was very responsive and proactive in calling me when the schedule fell through. We decided on a phone call on Tuesday to let me know when they were en route to my house. The call came 3 hours early! EARLY! I met the guys at the house and watched them extrude, cut, crimp, hang and seal the gutters and downspouts. They had it down to a science! Before work started, I mentioned that I needed two of the downspouts moved and that was no problem for them. One other downspout needed to be set up over a rain barrel - again, no problem. Good teamwork, clean work truck, good senses of humor combined with skill and efficiency. I won't need gutters for a while, but when I do, I'm calling these guys again.
Description of Work: I needed gutters put up on the house. The old store-bought vinyl gutters were discarded when we repainted the house. I only bought gutters, no leaf guards, though this company does offer leaf guards.
