It went extremely well. We are very pleased.

I have been using these guys since 2014 and I'm finally doing the review. This is a great company and they do great work. So good that my neighbors switched landscapers to Green Grass. Handle 0.3 Acres with ease. Highly recommend this business for all of your lawn care needs.

Bad windstorm on 3/13 brought down a lot of limbs including one very large one from tall fir in our yard. Took a chance on Angie's List deal for yard work even though deal said scheduling would be a week out. After deal was confirmed, I called yesterday to see about schedule. Explained that I had very restricted time window for work due to overseas trip next week. Rodrigo explained that they were booked with regular clients, but after discussing scope of work said that he could try to fit me in around midday today. Crew of two arrived at noon. I explained which areas were priority and they got right to work cutting up downfall and raking. Within the allotted 90 minutes, they had all the downfall cut, raked, stacked or bagged and ready to fill my recycling for the next month or two. They cleaned up more than I thought possible and probably saved me an afternoon or two of work. More than satisfied with the job and very appreciative of working my job into their schedule. Definitely will consider them for future work.

I bought a foreclosure and the yard was a mess. These guys came in, cleaned it up, fixed the flower bed, and cut the grass. The did exactly what I needed without any up-selling. I will use them again.

The business was responsive and got a great deal done in the time scheduled. I wanted more work done and was going to pay extra. They never called back and did not respond to a message. MAy have been too busy. Would have used them again had they contacted me again.

The original yard work deal was completed, but when it came to following up with more work and appointments is when the problems started. Rodrigo is the gentlemen I spoke to whenever dealing with Green Grass Landscaping. We talked on the day the work was done about setting up a regular schedule for my yard and property. After the work was done I left many messages to call me back about what we talked about. I didn't get any calls back and had to keep calling until I got thru to Rodrigo. At that time he said he would come by my place in two days to set up the regular yard work. He did not show up when he said he would and didn't call me about it either. When I finally got a hold of him, he explained he made a mistake and he would come out and see me. He didn't! I've tried to set up other appointments with Rodrigo and I've been ignored and blown off every time.

wow, fantastic, couldn't be happier. They were professional, punctual and extremely productive! I had 2 gentleman work for me for 4 hours, they turned my disaster of 12 extremely large raised garden beds into beautiful, ready-to-be-planted space. They worked hard and only took a break when I insisted. :0) They had about 15-20 minutes left of their 4 hours and when I asked them if they could move 4 heavy whiskey barrels, weed, lay down landscape fabric and rubber mulch and then replace the barrels, they did it! They left everything clean and tidy, my yard looks fantastic, I will definitely hire them again!

Sunday morning I was up, and waiting for Green Grass Landscaping Inc.; 8am passed, next 9am passed, and subsequently I proceeded to wait? To conclude, at 9:40am I decided to call Green Grass landscaping Inc., and find out what was going on. When I called Green Grass Landscaping Inc. the gentleman was again very polite, and I inquired about the prearranged appointment, and why no one had shown up. The explanation I received was that the gentleman had forgotten to record/write down the appointment, and had thus forgotten. The gentleman apologized, and I informed him that I understood, and would find another company. I consider my time wasted, and I also feel like Green Grass Landscaping inc. is undependable because no one showed up for the set appointment; no call, no show!

They were very prompt, very responsive. 3 men did the work (for a total of 8-man hours), and they were very thorough, and worked hard the entire time they were here. I was amazed with how much they got done and was really pleased. This would have taken me weeks to accomplish. I would use this company again, for sure.

They showed up late because they could not find our house. No one else has had a problem finding our house. They did a fine job, but nothing amazing. I asked for a bid on some additional work, and Rodrigo never responded, even after I sent him a follow-up email. Overall they were fine, but the lack of responsiveness was problematic for me.

It didn't ,how do I get my money back! He said he didn't have my address. So this morning at 738!he emailed me to get it. He was suppose to be here at 8. I didn't go online to check my email until 835. I read his email and called, but he said he was already on a different job. He would be here before 2. He also said I had to pay extra to have the debris hauled away. At 230 I called again and hecsaid he would be there in 15 minutes. I said don't bother. How do I get my money back ? This had been a horroble experience and I took the day off.

The team showed up within their window and got right to work. They mowed, trimmed, weeded, and clipped my bushes and had everything done much faster than I expected. My only issue with this company was how long it took for them to get back to me to schedule the appointment. Once they were on site everything went great.

My husband purchased a angie's list special from them for 8 hours of work for $400. I had been in a car accident a few weeks prior and was instructed not to do any yardwork so everything was overgrown and ugly. They showed up on-time and asked what all we wanted them to do. Incredibly courteous and wow! what a difference! I haven't seen our front yard look that good since we moved into the place. They even finished a bit early and asked if there was anything else that needed to be done so i had them weed a garden bed that was completely overgrown which was a bonus as i expected there wouldn't be time for that. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again!

I called and set up an appointment for a quote. Rodrigo was very accommodating. We did a walk through of what we wanted done. He sent a quote to us via email. His quote was much more reasonable than his competitors. They started on the day that we had agreed upon. They worked through the pouring down rain. Rodrigo was in constant contact with us to let us know what was happening on his end. Our yard is back to the park like setting we strive for. Having been in the landscaping business years ago myself I was impressed with his knowledge on plants here in the northwest. He was very easy to work with and we are planning on using him again for next years projects around our landscaping. Some of our neighbors have asked for his contact information and are planning on contacting him for their landscaping needs.

Buyer Beware. SCAM. Please Read before considering ! NOT $400?OVER $600.00 - $1,350.00 Please read and you will save yourself money and aggravation. I originally was interested in this company because they were in my area and they had a deal that you can purchase in advance. They posted; One Landscaper for 8 hours @ $400.oo or Two Landscapers for 2 hours @ $400.00. Since I know my lawn and I know how long it takes, the 2 men for 4 hours at $400.oo seemed perfect, but? When Rodrigo (the owner) called me to talk about details of the services they provided, he flat out REFUSED to honor what they were advertising. He proceeded to tell me (without negotiation) that he "never" sends 1 or 2 guys. He insisted that he would only send three guys for 2.5 hours @ 400.oo. He proceed to explain that "if I divided it mathematically" that this would be the same as 2 men for 4 hours. **As most people with simple common sense know, life does not work out perfectly in "mathematical" terms. (?) Have you ever planned a road trip; on paper it should take X amount of perfect time but if the mountains, winding roads and traffic weren't factored in, it takes much much longer. When I asked him why he advertised one thing and changed it to something else, he hung up on me. He hung up on me because he could see that with my further questions, I was uncovering he's scam. I'm so glad I didn't hire these guys. Heres the SCAM: You agree to the 3 men for 2.5 hours. After the the 2.5 hours and of course $400.oo, they aren't finished. (obviously). So they know you have three choices. 1) you can leave the job half finished. 2) they can come back another day. (they will suddenly have no openings in their schedule for you) Option 3) and this is what WILL happen: they want YOU to PAY CASH out of pocket, $50 per person per hour costing you $600.00 - $1,350.00 depending on time needed and you can bet they will always take more time. So at the end of 4 original hours you are now paying $625.00 and that is IF they actually get the job completed. (they won't) Who knows what else they will throw at you. An entire day (8 hours of work) will cost you over ***$1,200.00*** Why? Because it's $50 per guy, per additional hour. After 2.5 hours, you have a remaining time of 1.5 hours. You now owe: $400.oo + $225.oo (to add up to the original 4 hours you could have gotten with 2 guys) which in total = *** $625.00 *** THERE'S MORE TO PAY... If you have a bigger job like overgrowth (high grass, pruning) 8 Hours is more realistic. So $400.oo for 2.5 hours ... -you now have 5.5 hours to pay in addition which = -$50.oo per guy, per hour (including that half-hour) is now: $825.oo Plus, the $400.oo of original agreed upon price making this nightmare... a Grand Total of: $1,225.oo not including TAX <--- Don't fall for this. Before Rodrigo hung up on me, he said that I was the first person to complain about the 2.5 hours for 3 men. Well, I doubt I am the first person to have a problem, but I can see I am the first person to write anything. I considered his insult a compliment because I'm obviously the first person to not only confront him but figure out the scam before the purchase. The ol' Bait n' Switch. Nice try Rodrigo. I HOPE YOU DON'T FALL FOR HIS SCAM. Good luck to all.

The crew did a excellent job of saving me from so much yard work that had backed up. Way to go.

Made an appointment for 8:00am on Friday 4/17 and no one came, I called them later in the morning and was told that they had not written all my information down. We re-scheduled for Saturday 4/18 at 9:00 AM and I sent them a message through Angie's List to confirm the time and address and included my phone number. Again no one showed up and we received a call an hour and a half later saying they could not find our house, So why wasn't that call made at 9:00 AM ? Communication was very poor and the lack of professionalism was why they did not get the opportunity to do our yard.

It went great, I have so many flowers coming now (Spring) and so happy they were able to plant them for me as I hurt my knee.

I am completely pleased with the work done by this company. My yard was a mess. They pruned three overgrown shrubs. Raked my yard several times before mowing due to mess from pine trees.. They weeded 6 flower beds. My yard has been ignored by me for 2 years due to an injury, so believe me when I say it needed a lot of work. I will use them again and suggest their services to friends.
